Since its establishment in 1965, HARCATUS Head Start has helped low-income preschool children and their families.  In so doing, HARCATUS has earned recognition and support for its success in Early Childhood Education and Development.  Our program serves 393 children and their families in the counties of HARrison, CArroll, and TUScarawas (HARCATUS).
